COURSE
Open Water Diver
The PADI Open Water Diver is the first level of diving certification. A highly qualified PADI instructor will teach you to dive in a relaxed and safe learning environment.
At the end of the course, you will have the skills and knowledge to dive at home or abroad and be an ambassador for the underwater world.
Online training
- 6–8 h
Learning online makes it easy to attend diving classes, especially when you have a busy schedule and rely on small pockets of time to study.
Learn the principles and terminology of autonomous diving when and where you can, with PADI eLearning.
It’s your course and your time. Study online or offline, using a computer or mobile device, and connect with us when you have a question and we will answer it.
Practical training
- 4 days approx.
Practice with diving equipment in a pool (or similar environment). PADI training includes performing “mini dives” to help you gain confidence in your new techniques before doing four dives in open water.
The maximum depth is 18 meters.
Prerequisites Ability to swim; minimum age of 10 years; medical certificate.

COURSE
Advanced open water diver
The Advanced Open Water Diver course aims to progress your techniques. You will practice navigation, buoyancy, and deep diving, and do two specialty dives of your choice.

It’s your course and your time. Study online or offline, using a computer or mobile device, and connect with us when you have a question and we will answer it.
You will study deep diving, navigation, and buoyancy, plus two specialties of your choice.
Practical training
- 2–3 days approx.
The course includes five dives: one deep dive below 18 m to 30 m, one navigation dive, one buoyancy dive, and two specialty dives. Gain experience, build confidence, and discover your diving abilities.
Prerequisites Open Water Diver / Junior Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification), minimum age of 12 years, and medical certificate.
Depth Maximum depth depends on your age, but can go up to 30 meters.

The PADI Rescue Diver course will change the way you dive for the better. Learn to identify and solve minor problems before they become major problems, gain a lot of confidence, and have serious fun along the way.
Online training
Online learning makes it easy to attend diving classes if you have a very busy schedule. In addition, online training easily adapts a CPR and first aid course to a compact program.
- 2-4 h EFR i 8-12 h RESCUE
Watch videos of different first aid techniques and learn what steps to take in an emergency.
Practical training
Practice through simulations such as solving a leg cramp and helping a tired diver by role-playing with other students and your instructor, rescuing an unconscious diver, among other simulations.
Prerequisites Advanced Open Water Diver.

COURSE
Divermaster
The PADI Divemaster course trains you to be a leader and take charge of diving activities, it is the first professional title to be able to work in the diving world.
Through knowledge development sessions, exercises and seminars of techniques in the water, and through practical assessment, you will develop the abilities to organize and lead a variety of diving activities.
Online training
- 8–12 h
Interactive classes cover programs and activities led by a divemaster, diver safety and risk management, aquatic environment and much more. Study online or offline, using a computer or a mobile device. Contact your instructor if you have any questions.
Practical training
Gain practical experience by giving diving briefings, assisting in classes, and leading underwater excursions. Learn to anticipate problems and provide assistance, create an Emergency Assistance Plan and improve your navigation and problem-solving skills through practical workshops.
Prerequisites PADI Rescue Diver certification; completion of First Aid training (EFR) within 24 months; a minimum of 40 logged dives; medical examination and being of legal age.
